When deadlines tighten, consistency and accuracy matter most—but it’s commitment to outcomes that finds solutions when tools alone aren’t enough. We supported more than 100 prospective beneficiaries in submitting funding applications under Intervention P3.77.3.1 of Greece’s Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) Strategic Plan 2023–2027. Proactive delivery: when obstacles appeared, we did more than originally agreed or expected to keep the schedule.
We sought support when needed, engaging academic partners where scientific depth was required.
We formed internal workstreams with a Project Lead and a Verification Lead for daily quality and compliance checks.
